Does Vitalant pay you to donate blood?

No. Blood donation is a voluntary act, and Vitalant does not pay donors for their blood donations. However, eligible donors may qualify for Vitalant donor rewards and seasonal blood donation promotions. Visit our Rewards page to learn more about current opportunities for blood donors.

What disqualifies me as a blood donor?

Blood donor eligibility is based on several factors, including age, weight, health history, medications, travel and recent procedures.
