Must be at least 16 years old. Donors that are 16 years of age MUST have signed parental consent form CLICK HERE. (Not required for donors 17+)
Donors under the age of 22, MUST meet height/weight requirements below.
Students should ensure appointment time does not impact core classes, exams, etc.

Height/Weight Requirements
Minimum height and weight for donors 16 through 22 years of age:
- Males donors: Must be at least 5'0" tall and weigh at least 110 pounds
- Females donors: Refer to the chart for eligibility. ≥ (greater than or equal to).
