Important information:
- The chance to win one of five $5,000 prepaid gift cards is for participating donors who come to donate from Saturday, June 1 through Sunday, June 30, 2024, at any Vitalant blood drive or donation center.
- On or around July 3, 2024, five winners will be randomly selected in a drawing to receive a $5,000 prepaid gift card.
- Giveaway is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age on the date of the selection of the prize winners (on or around July 3, 2024).
- Physical gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
- Donors must have a valid email address in their Vitalant donor record.
- The $10 gift card is for participating donors June 1-30, 2024. Donor Rewards program opt-in is required. About 7-14 days after donation, enough bonus points will be added to donor accounts to redeem for a $10 gift card. Donors who donate on Father’s Day, June 16, 2024, will receive double the points – enough to redeem for a $20 Rewards gift card.
- Donors must log in to their donor accounts to access the online donor store to redeem their points for the gift card(s).

Only one donor eligibility interview is permitted per person per day. Donors who have an unsuccessful donation will receive regular donation points and bonus points only if they have a scheduled appointment. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer is subject to change at any time during the promotional time frame.
