Because of you, life doesn't stop. Many blood drives have been canceled, so your donation matters now more than ever. Team up with the Denver Broncos and Vitalant to help ensure patient blood needs can be met in the immediate future and all year long. 

Drive for Life 23 is moving the goal posts! Drive for Life is transforming from an annual event to a cause Broncos fans are encouraged to support all throughout the year. Vitalant blood donors can now give in honor of Drive for Life with every blood donation.

Here's how eligible blood donors can take part:

1. Make an appointment at a Vitalant donation center or blood drive in Colorado or Cheyenne. Appointments can be made online or by calling 877-25-VITAL.
2. During your donation visit, mention association code DENB5280 when you sit down for the private-screening registration.
3. Thanks to a generous donation from the Denver Broncos, by taking part in the Drive for Life transformational kickoff, when you donate between Oct. 23 and Jan. 3 and give that association code, you’ll be automatically entered to win one of five autographed Broncos items as a special thank you!

The need for blood donations continues for everyday needs including surgeries, traumas, cancer and blood disorder treatments and there is an emergency need for convalescent plasma donations to help critically-ill COVID-19 patients. All completed blood donations are currently tested for COVID-19 antibodies which can help identify future convalescent plasma donors.
