*Donors who meet offer criteria (active whole blood donors with 1 blood donation in the past 12 months beginning June 2, 2023, at a Vitalant donation center or who live within a 15-mile radius of a Vitalant donation center) and present to give whole blood or Power Red at a Vitalant donation center during the promotional time frame (June 25-July 9) are eligible ONLY if they’ve created an online account and opted into the donor recognition program. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer is subject to change at any time during the promotional time frame. Donors must opt in to the donor recognition program in their online account prior to donating in order to receive points. Approximately 7-10 business days after an attempted donation, 1,350 bonus points (1,578 for NJ donors) will be added to donor account for whole blood; and 1,150 bonus points (1,378 for NJ donors) will be added to the donor account for Power Red. Once points are loaded in the donor account, a donor can redeem them for up to $20 in electronic gift cards in the donor recognition store. Physical gift cards will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location nor will a redemption email be sent. Type O donors may be eligible for an additional $25 in gift cards if they donate whole blood June 25-July 6 and then again by Aug. 31, or if they donate their first Power Red by Aug. 31.
