We Are Updating Our Online Appointment Systems

Vitalant New Jersey and New York are updating their online blood donor and blood drive coordinator account systems. The systems will be down temporarily while we make the transition.

You will not be able to make an appointment, access the bexWISE Xpress health history questionnaire or see your existing account information while the system is being updated. The new system is expected to be online Tuesday, April 23. You may not see your appointment information in the new system immediately. Please check back.

Blood Drive Coordinators

Beginning Monday, April 22, you will receive an activation email to create your new account if your blood drive is scheduled and confirmed for April 22 or later, or if you have hosted a blood drive in the past 2 years but don’t have a future drive confirmed or scheduled yet. If you do not receive an activation email by April 26, please contact your Vitalant representative.
