Physical promotional items will NOT be handed out at the Vitalant blood donation center. Must redeem via Donor Rewards.

Within two days after donation, donors should log in to their account, then click “Rewards” and “Redeem Rewards” to enter the online donor rewards store to order their grocery bag. (Note: there are no bonus rewards points associated with this physical item; donors who qualify to receive this item will see it displayed in the online donor store per the time frame above.)
