- Step 2: Within a few days of giving your qualifying donation, you’ll receive an email encouraging you to visit the Vitalant online donor store to order your vest.** Donor Rewards program opt-in is required.

Helpful Tip: You can schedule several platelet donations at one time. Simply make sure to schedule each donation at least 7 days from the last donation.

Important information about the 2025 Vital Elite fleece vest and cooler bag:
- Donors who give 6 platelet donations in 2025 will qualify to order the cooler bag in the online donor store.*
- Donors who give 12 platelet donations in 2025 will qualify to order the fleece vest in the online donor store.**
- Once you qualify for either thank-you item, you’ll receive a congratulations email from us. We encourage you to keep giving throughout the rest of the year.
- You need to have an online donor account AND be opted into the Donor Rewards program to be able to order either item in the online donor store.
- Within two days after giving your qualifying donation, log in to your donor account, then click “Rewards” and “Redeem Rewards” to enter the online donor rewards store to order the cooler bag or vest. (Note: there are no bonus rewards points associated with these items; donors who qualify to receive them will see them displayed in the online donor store.)
- The items will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
- Limit of 1 cooler bag and 1 fleece vest per qualifying donor.
- Final date to redeem in the online donor store is Jan. 29, 2026.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the cooler bag or vest in the mail. While supplies last.

Limit one (1) cooler bag per donor. Cooler bag will NOT be handed out at the donation center. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer is subject to change at any time during the promotional time frame. Within two days after donation, the cooler bag will be available in the online donor store. Some donors may qualify for an additional promotion during this same time frame. Vitalant reserves the right to send a gift of equal value in replacement of presented offer.
