Your Blood Donation Saves Lives

More than 700 Vitalant blood donors are needed every day to save patients in 72 Arizona hospitals.  Vitalant is Arizona's provider responsible for meeting patient transfusion needs for 100% of the hospitals across Maricopa County and 90% statewide.  The number of Americans who give blood is declining. There is no substitute for human blood and many patients cannot survive without it.  Giving blood is truly a selfless and heroic act that gives life to patients.  You can help by making an appointment today to give blood at ASU.
