Important information for the gift card:

• Physical gift cards will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
• Donors must use promo code DECEMBER-2026-V when scheduling their Dec. 1-13, 2026, appointment (or a staff member can add it for them) PRIOR to their donation to receive bonus points for the $10 gift card. Donor Rewards program opt-in is required.
• Donors must have a valid email address in their Vitalant donor record.
• While most bonus points for the gift cards will appear in donor accounts about a week after donation, it could take an additional week for them to be loaded and available to redeem in the online donor store.
• Donors must log in to their donor accounts to access the online donor store to redeem their points for the gift card.
• Some donors may qualify for additional promotions during this same time frame.

*Presenting donors who come to donate whole blood, Power Red, platelets or plasma with Vitalant during the promotional time frame (Dec. 1-13, 2026) and use code DECEMBER-2026-V when scheduling are eligible and will receive points ONLY if they’ve first created an online donor account AND opted in to the Donor Rewards program. Donors who have an unsuccessful donation will receive regular donation points and bonus points only if they have a scheduled appointment using this code. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer is subject to change at any time during the promotional time frame. Approximately 7-14 days after donation, enough bonus points will be added to the donor’s account to redeem for a $10 electronic gift card of choice in the online Donor Rewards program. Bonus points are in addition to regular donation points earned. Physical gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location nor will a redemption email be sent. Some donors may qualify for an additional promotion during this same time frame. A successful donation is NOT required to receive the promotional item.
