^{IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PROMOTION:}

^{Promotion is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age on the date of the referral code use (during the month of October 1-31, 2023).}
^{The donor using the referral code must present from Oct. 1 – 31 and must use the code, NOT just have an appointment.}
^{If the presenting donor is unsuccessful or not drawn, the donor whose referral code was used will still receive the points.}
^{Physical gift cards will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.}
^{Prepaid gift card may be used wherever it is accepted.}
^{Donors must have a valid email address in their Vitalant donor record to get the redemption email to claim the prepaid gift card.}
^{Donors must be opted in to the rewards program to receive points.}
^{Fulfillment to occur on Nov. 1st week with points in the donor rewards store. Points rewarded will be enough to equal a $10 gift card.}
^{Limit one (1) $10 gift card per unique referral code, i.e., no additional points will be rewarded if additional donors present.}
^{Some donors may qualify for additional promotions during this same time frame.}
^{Vitalant employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for the promotion.}
