All donors who come to give blood, platelets or plasma between Feb. 11 and March 2, 2024, will receive a $10 gift card of choice to a variety of well-known retailers through our donor rewards store.* Donors must first have an account and be opted in to the recognition program to receive points to redeem for the gift card.

Important information:
- The bonus points for the gift card are for participating donors who come to donate from Sunday, Feb. 11 through Saturday, March 2, 2024, at any Vitalant blood drive or donation center.
- Donors are encouraged to opt in to the recognition program prior to their donation. However, donors will have a 14-day grace period after their donation to opt in to receive points for that donation.
- The gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
- After donation (about 7-14 days), enough bonus points will be added to the donor’s account to redeem for a $10 gift card of their choice.
- Donors must log in to their donor account to access the online donor store to redeem their points for the gift card.
- Donors must have a valid email address in their Vitalant donor record.
- Some donors may qualify for additional promotions during this same time frame.
*Presenting donors who come to donate whole blood, Power Red, platelets or plasma with Vitalant during the promotional time frame (Feb. 11-March 2, 2024) are eligible and will receive points ONLY if they’ve first created an online donor account AND opted in to the donor recognition program. Donors who have an unsuccessful donation will receive regular donation points and bonus points only if they have a scheduled appointment. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer is subject to change at any time during the promotional time frame. Approximately 7-14 days after donation, enough bonus points will be added to the donor’s account to redeem for a $10 electronic gift card of choice in the online donor rewards store. Bonus points are in addition to regular donation points earned. Physical gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location nor will a redemption email be sent. Some donors may qualify for an additional promotion during this same time frame and may receive additional, separate gift cards via email.
