For over 80 years, Vitalant has been serving as Arizona’s blood provider. Vitalant serves 100% of hospitals in Maricopa County and 90% statewide.

There is ample parking, including accessible parking spaces.

*Presenting donors who come to donate at the new Surprise, AZ donation center during the promotional time frame (May 29-June 22, 2026) are eligible and will receive points ONLY if they’ve first created an online donor account AND opted into the Donor Rewards program. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer is subject to change at any time during the promotional time frame. Approximately 7-14 days after donation, enough bonus points will be added to the donor’s account to redeem for a $25 electronic gift card of choice in the online Donor Rewards store.
