A great thing about Vitalant is that a ‘typical day’ is never typical—there is always something challenging happening, and every day brings new learning opportunities. I joined Vitalant as a medical lab scientist directly out of school and was able to take advantage of opportunities that enabled me to pursue a higher position in the company as a trainer.

Brittany - Lead Training Specialist

During my seven years working the bench in the Reference Lab, I learned something new almost every day. The variety was perfect for me. My co-workers were not only sources of vast knowledge but also became my close friends. Every project seemed interesting and, because I wanted to be helpful, I gained a great deal of experience. Eventually, when a management position opened, several of my co-workers pushed me to apply, and I got the job
