Vitalant’s Student Leader Scholarship program June 1–Aug. 31 is non-competitive and gives students the opportunity to earn up to a $1,000 scholarship! With as few as 8 donors, students could earn a scholarship. Anyone attending a college, vo-tech, university, community college or even a single class is eligible. Full-time enrollment is not required.
What is a virtual blood drive, you ask? Virtual blood drives provide a link that is unique to the host’s virtual blood drive, making it easy to track donor participation. Virtual blood drives also allow donors across the U.S. to support a host’s drive by using the unique link to schedule an appointment and donate at any Vitalant donation center or mobile blood drive across the U.S.
With our easy, mobile friendly and self-serve platform you can work towards earning a scholarship on the go! The scholarship program can be accessed by visiting vitalant.org/scholarship. Here you will find program guidelines, FAQs, resources and instructions to set up your Student Leader Scholarship virtual drive. Once your drive is set up, you can personalize your drive, generate a QR code for donor appointment scheduling, view donations and credits earned, and more.
